We are looking a new colleague Project Process Engineer - Mechatronics for our Division Car Chassis Technology at our location of Zhangjiagang. Your tasks: * Planning and commissioning of mechatronic processes incl. software (flashing, sensor teaching, end-of-line testing, product commissioning) in product evolution projects * Monitoring and controlling machine and equipment suppliers from supplier kick-off to machine acceptance * Planning and conducting of analyses (e.g. software tests, problem-solving, time studies, feasibility, process capability, measurement system analyses) * Improving and evaluating/implementing changes of testing procedures, and product commissioning processes, as well as station/machine concepts * Creating of process and quality documentation (e.g. Design for Assembly, work plans and instructions, process-FMEA, control and reaction plans) Your profile: * University, technical degree in Mechatronics, Automization technology or similar education, with several years professional experience * Experience in working with Vector CANoe and CAPL in bus systems CAN(-FD) and Flexray * Understanding of electric plans (ePlan) and Programmable Logic Control; knowledge in C/C /C# programming is beneficial * High degree of self-reliance and self-initiative, combined with willingness to collaborate in global teams * Good MS Excel knowledge, fluent English language skills; high willingness to travel globally (Mexico, Austria/Germany) Be part of our ZF team and apply now!
